"We called Certified Roof Repairs on Sunday due to some water damage from the rain I guess. We got a hold of them on a Sunday but he wasn't able to come until this morning. Kind of wish they could've come the same day but I do understand it was last minute. After a quick review of our issues inside, he explained that we have ice damming on the roof and provided a detailed explanation on how to deal with it temporarily. We agreed and hired them to clear the snow and place calcium on the roof and gutters to melt the ice. Would definitely recommend, very professional."
